Dual Food - Burger King - Popeyes (AAFES)

Today was by far the WORST experience we have had this Popeyes. It has never been stellar but is definitely the last time we visit.
Placed order at 3:23 pm, one original three piece tenders and one five piece spicy tenders. Pulled to window and was given bag of sides and asked to pull forward to Stop sign to await chicken.
After 20 minutes waiting, now three more vehicles behind us waiting. Husband got out and walked back to window to ask if there was a problem.
Answer, “sorry”. Another employee walked over drinking her beverage and to see what was up. The fry cook stood behind counter watching.
Husband was handed a bag.
One box had 4 tenders, the other had multiple tenders with broken pieces.
Chicken was dried out, cold and not what we ordered.
If we weren’t on the other side of town would have returned.
Avoid this place and always check reviews. Hindsight 20/20.

My husband and I have come here for years. This particular Burger King was always the best service and quality. Lately the quality has gone way down both in service and food.

Service: Today we were told our coupons could not be accepted as they were expired. We looked at our coupon in complete surprise as we literally just received them in the mail. When we started to explain that we were rudely cut off by a different employee who went on and on about how it was not their problem and they would not be accepting our coupon. She said something about this being the manager's decision, but the aggressive way she took control made me feel it was hers. Either way, no matter who's decision, we strongly feel this was bad customer service.

Food: We have been disappointed by the food quality lately. Slimy lettuce and way too much sauce.

We came anyway today, specifically because of the coupons. However, now we will be going a little further down the street to the Burger King off post. Their customer services has always been above and beyond. So bye.

The reason is a 2 because the male latrine was disgusting. There's no way that latrine was clean anytime today.

The menu is really good ??. Customer service needs improvement.

They dont clean their grills right you can taste the soap and chemicals on their food. Got me sick

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, MY ORDERS WAS,FRESH, HOT, AND TASTY. ONLY ONCE I RECEIVED A NOT SO FRESH ORDER, AND WAS PROMPTLY REFUNDED. WHO DOES THAT. THEY WERE JOHNNY AT THE SPOT. QUITE SATISFIED, AND PLEASED.

both places are so slow! You would figure they understand the need for a bit more speed, but in the last week, 3 times I have been in the drive tru lane for over 15 minutes with less than 4 cars in front of me

Went ot Popeyes today. Bad experience all the way around , will stick to Starbucks! Fries were cold after waiting In drive thru line for 30. They food could be at least warm. The cashier hand me my drink after look at how the soda was on the side of the cup and coming out the top. Even she tried not to hold it by the side. Had to ask for extra napkins. Nasty, will never waste my time again

Seen my food sit on the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be bagged. Kept forgetting how many fries I ordered, then argued with me about how many I ordered, and was at the counter for 10 minutes while the manager failed to understand how the system worked. However, the cook did his job great and got everything right!

The workers at the BK are awesome. The frozen drink machine is always down when I go which is a bummer but other than that no complaints.
