Excellent fried pickles and my pizza was thinking, crispy and delicious. Wife ordered the 12oz ribeye (blue rare) and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.
Great hospitality. Fries, burger and $1 wings hit the spot. Good selection of beers too.
Nice little restaurant.

The steak fingers are straight out of the freezer-yuck. The Alfredo sauce is out of a jar, no flavor. The young waitress was overwhelmed and 7nable to refill drinks or do much besides takeovers as fast as she could. I wouldn't eat here again.

Has potential but here is the experience so far. My first order was for chicken strips. When I asked for ketchup the guy said âwhat do you want us to make it again?!â Confusing needless to say but when I got home I saw the chicken was burnt to a crisp. Of course they were closed by then, big surprise. Next I ordered a pizza it was great. So I bragged about how good it was and my friend decided to try one. We ordered it and of course when we got home we discovered this pizza had been dropped on its side by the bar tender resulting in a mush of pizza ingredients. Of course they were closed. I decide to give them another chance, pizza. Hard to mess that upâŠagain. Well it was not cooked. You can tell they turned the oven off early then got my order, turned it back on but at a higher temp and thus resulting in a sub par pizza. This place has potential but the fact they donât care about the quality of their food pushes potential return customers away. Yes Iâm local. So they arenât taking care of their locals on to go orders. Try harder please. I tip every time. As for atmosphere, if youâre into extremely loud dining rooms where you have to yell to be heard, this is the place for you.

They eventualy brought me a cold burger and four onion rings after I got upset about the hour plus I waited. My only other time there they were out of my first four choices. Pretty good for Fort Davis.

Maybe Iâll order a burger next time. After a tiring travel day in our travel trailer, my wife and I were looking forward to an enjoyable meal in Fort Davis. We had hoped to eat at the Fort Davis Drug Store, but were shocked to learn it had closed. This tap room was recommended by a gentleman on the street, so we decided to give it a try. We didnât order any alcoholic beverages, so cannot provide a honest review on said beverage. However, our meal was the worst bar food Iâve ever had. Our mediocre server recommended the Chicken Alfredo, which he claimed was his favorite. So my wife and I both went with his recommendation. Bad decision. The menu stated it was âcreamyâ. What came to our table was a bowl of rather dry egg noodles on top of a watery substance similar to evaporated canned milk. The boneless chicken wasnât sliced and mixed into the noodles, like with most chicken Alfredo recipes, but the chicken was placed on top of the noodles. Texas toast completed the dish. It is safe to say that the bread was the best part of the meal. Should have gone with my gut instinct and ordered a burger.

We enjoyed cold beer and delicious flat bread pizza while staying next door at Butterfield Inn. Friendly staff, too. The Taproom was steadily busy serving tourists alongside ranchers.
