Tucked into the shade of the adjacent gas station (ATM), this fine cash-only eatery is under new ownership/ management, which necessitated a name change from "Angie's" to "Cowboy's Land". The menu is both American and Mexican, ALL delicious (though some items are not always available)! When cycling, this is a definite recharge point for my body, especially for brekkie before leaving this amazing community. Very clean, friendly service, easy access from I-10. Great burgers! Authentic Mexican food. This is not Tex-Mex. Don't expect spicy except for the green salsa that sneaks up on you. Lol. Excellent prices!
