Went today on my day off and food was decent but the atmosphere of the employees was by far one of the most unprofessional i have ever seen and i had worked in theme parks and seen some crazy things but the manager that was there african american i believe her name was angela she was at the other burger king location and i started coming to this location because of her but again she was very rude yelling and getting smart to the younger employees and my child was watching it and made her uncomfortable i thought being on base getting food would be a nice little get out i feel as if we were off post in a ran down neighborhood i will never be coming back on post for food again after seeing that or my family my heart breaks for the team members having to dealing with her this was a deal breaker for me they need a new manager or evaluate theyre managing skills because the atmosphere is hostile

Fool me once kind of situation. Ordered an impossible whopper first time, it was a regular beef patty wrapped in the green wrapper. What ever mistakes happen. Second time ordering and it happens again. Either employees think it’s funny or are more than likely just lazy to drop an impossible on the grill.Vegetarian options: They have them, they’re just too lazy to make them. It gets busy there, but I would not have minded waiting.

First of all thank you Bety. Not only were you incredibly rude while I was trying to order. But you didn’t even get our full order. I’m sorry your day isn’t going the way it should. But making rude comments about customers and talking trash as if we cannot hear you and then slamming the window in my face… oh and my order was wrong on top of it. Thank you BK. Wont even go into the 20plus minute wait. The lack of professionalism between both team members that were present. Looking at all of these reviews I’m not sure why Ms Bety is still at this location. Unfortunately Ms Bety made it so I didn’t feel comfortable going back in and getting my order correct. This was an all around miss from start to finish.

Tried to order the $6 value deal with a bacon dbl cheeseburger. Asked for dry and if tomatoes no tomatoes. Got an elderly cashier with an attitude correcting me that I just wanted pickles I said no sauce no tomatoes. Gave me a plain double cheeseburger only pickles. Do not go here go off post or to Ed center this place consistently screws up orders.

Went through drive thru store was not busy however the lady taking my order was very rude! I decided to leave and go some where else.
They took my money, made me wait almost an hour, wouldn’t give me my food, and wouldn’t let me get a refund.
Menu says 1.29 for a rodeo burger but it is actually closer to 2 not worth it for a 3 bite sandwhich
