This place takes 20 to 40 minutes per customer and your food still somehow manages to be cold, when you recieve it. Thought the first time was a fluke so I tried a second time months later with the same issue. 10 minutes waiting for your order to be taken. 10 to 30 minutes waiting at the window. Mind you, they arent busy....at all.
Slowest drive-thru known to man, you have to be purposely trying to make it that slow for how slow it is.
I have seen Whataburger and Chick-fil-A work faster on the drive-through and they have two drive-through lanes. One car at the window, two cars behind, fourth car waiting at the speaker to place their order. The employee waits until the first car leaves to take the order.
