The service has always been wonderful and the employees very friendly and chill.

“I had such a great experience on my most recent visit to Burger King! I placed a mobile order and decided to go inside to pick it up, and I’m really glad I did.

Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment I walked in.

I’ve never actually gone inside this location before, but it was surprisingly nice and very clean. It was also super quiet, since most people seemed to be going through the drive-thru, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

The food was fresh and tasted great, just like it always does. Every time we’ve ordered here, whether through the drive-thru or pickup, everything has been accurate and consistent.

Overall, really impressed with the service, the atmosphere, and the consistency. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I have visited! 🍔✨“

“My kids and I loved our trip to Galaxy Burger in Killeen!! The food was fresh and delicious. Our nerd hearts were so happy to see the decorations that cover the walls and ceiling inside. My boys loved playing all the different arcade games as they waited for our food to be delivered. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly! “I visited Saturday and I wasn't very happy. the food and service was good, however my wife placed an order over the phone and when I got there it couldn't be found. all the items we wanted, greens, Mac & cheese, corn bread weren't available and the wait time was over 35 minutes. maybe it was just a bad day.“

“It’s a good burger not crazy about fries. The menus price is $4 more than menus price. That’s why it got a lower star for me because I feel it is lazy to not update menus and client thinks it’s $8 and it’s $12.“

“Went to the Killeen location and to begin , this was my first time , apon telling the host she informed me of all the things they do and how wonderful the company is ! While the host was amazing, I had an issue with my server , the restaurant was almost empty and it still took him over 25 minutes to even get our drink order and another 15 before we got them and was able to order, when ordering he made a point to make me feel bad about my food allergy (had to modify a sandwich) then got the order wrong. While he was absolutely unprofessional and had no business working there , the manager on call was quick to fix the issue ! 10/10 will come back for the way he handled the situation and made me a happy customer!“

“Being from Missouri, we don’t have In snd Out or Whataburger. After a short debate to decide which one, we went to Whataburger. Besides a delicious Jalapeño burger, the thing that stood out was the friendly gentleman who brought the food and condiments. The spicy ketchup was amazing.“

Drive thru was courteous BUT you might have to let them know its a modified 🍔. Husband tried to tell her how we wanted it & kept being interrupted over and over. It was like she was in a race to beat the other lane 😃. Window cashier was nice. Receipt order looked good but 🍔 were not right. We still enjoyed the nicely made burgers. Fries, but a fan.“
