8 minutes on hold to attempt to place a pickup order. Hung up on twice. Ended up driving there to place my order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to address me and take my order (i was the only person in the area) and then another 10 minutes to get my order. Super splendid service.

Lunch time, this place is amazing. Accurate, quick. Everything you expect from a Jimmy John's. Dinner time is another story. Every order has a long delay and has not once been accurate. Wish the day shift would teach the night shift.

Got 'fired' cuz I had to pay the bill for two loser soldiers. Which was my gas money. Freaking out having a panic attack Trying to pull out the money I don't have and the GM With her wonderful interpersonal skills thought Thought that was the perfect time to tell me my stupid f****** hat was on wrong. I don't know how you work your way up to general manager being that completely oblivious to human interaction. Or just a cold uncaring c***. I've known mental patients with more self-awareness. F*** this place and the people who laid the bricks. I wouldn't work here for $25/hr
Food is good. But the delivery driver remembered I had a bad leg so he brought the sandwich to the bldg steps with out me asking. This man is the kindness we should all strive for.
