Lunch time, this place is amazing. Accurate, quick. Everything you expect from a Jimmy John's. Dinner time is another story. Every order has a long delay and has not once been accurate. Wish the day shift would teach the night shift.

Fast service even with the lines, sometimes they get overwhelmed with the number of orders. That should be expected with this location, nothing to honestly make a fuss about. There could be a line 8 deep and the team works to get the orders out. The App makes pick up so easy. I make order about 10 minutes before I leave my office and its ready when I arrive. Staff is courtesy and respectful, and work to ensure the customer is happy.

I work a JJ's as a driver. Every darn person, whether in shop or as a driver or manager wants you the customer to have the greatest experience with us enjoying our sandwiches and service. I'm the only girl driver, a senior, but I promise you that the mostly kid staff and young manager team truly cares about you enjoying our product and service.
