“Love coming to Cuban Sandwhich Shop, food is always on spot, the Sandwhiches are delicious, and the Frituras are the best around. Ordered the yellow rice tray and pernil tray for a party, and it was all gone in 30min. Highly recommend this place... 👌“

“Today my children and I had a great experience with Isaiah our cashier. My oldest son was having a hard time to which I explained to Isaiah that my son is Autistic. He told me about himself as well. He made feel so at ease about the situation and showed so much compassion. I can't thank him enough. He's also very sweet and kind.“

You can tell he really cares about customer service and making sure people leave happy. He kept a positive attitude the whole time, even when it got busy. “We came in just before closing time. A cheerful lady came from behind the counter and took our order. After a long shift she was still smiling, telling us jokes as she was preparing our sandwiches. I had to ask the other employee her name because she was so nice and still on her 100%. Her name is Nicole, and she is the manager. Ma'am, thank you so much for making is smile.“

“I’m very shy and introverted. Normally I prefer to order everything online and disengage with people. Well today I was driving and was hungry so I pulled into this location. Let me tell you. It was clean, smelled great, not empty and not to full. I was expecting to wait a little because someone was ordering. But as soon as I step up to the plate “order here” I was surprised and greeted with a smile for another employee. She was very knowledgeable and gave all sorts of recommendations even towards the end they told me how I can not only save money today but also in the future! What kind of businesses do that these days? The kind that has earned a repeat customer, I tell you that! Before it was just the food (online pickup or delivery), now it’s also a pleasant experience to go inside and share a smile!“

“Awesome💯 Manager Elicia multitasking by herself. Myself watching multiple customers come in as well as she doing pickups orders- I give her the prompts🔥🔥🔥. Work professional, clean, courteous and Totally Friendly!!! Took her time to get sandwiches prepared for each and EVERY person- not much wait time- but she prepared in that order. U didn’t see a frown but a smile- not fake on her face. That $2.81 tip not enough. Hope she get help- but she still handle herself, Thank U young lady- coming from a Senior Citizen“

“The afternoon staff is amazing. I’m talking from experience. I truly appreciate them. A female took my order. She was so sweet. A guy prepared and gave me my order. He made sure my order was right even double checked on some things. They were warm and kind and definitely went above and beyond. I’m going to comeback more.“
