I have to give a HUGE shoutout to DeShawn! From the moment I walked through the door, this young man was energetic, polite, kind, and welcoming. His personality and charisma immediately stood out to me.

Firehouse Subs Killeen provides a pleasant dining experience with delicious food and helpful staff. The firefighter-themed restaurant is kid-friendly and appealing. The staff is friendly, inviting, and courteous, serving fresh and well-prepared food. Recently, customers have praised the service, mentioning how both Tyerica and Tre made their visits enjoyable with excellent recommendations and attention to detail. However, there have been concerns about the A/C leaking through the vents, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. Despite this issue, Firehouse Subs Killeen remains a top choice for subs and continues to impress with its outstanding food and service.
