I came through the drive-thru before 9:00. Online, it states that the drive-thru is open until 10:00. I was in the Drive-Thru waiting to order for 5 minutes. I then went to open the door to go inside to place an order. The door was locked and this was at 8:55. I had to knock on the window to get someone to the drive-thru window to simply say that they closed early, despite the posted hours. My wife & I always enjoy dining here regularly. Today we want to say special thanks to Ajalon, Joleen, Jennifer and Kristie. They were exceptional and provided great service & delicious food. We look forward to our next dining experience.

Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's has great food and friendly service. The atmosphere is relaxed and not crowded. The dining area is spotless and the staff is attentive, showing they care about customer service. They serve cinnamon rolls, including the Classic Roll and "Center of the Roll". The taste is what you expect from a good cinnamon roll, with the cinnamon and dough blending perfectly. The sugar cream is well balanced and adds the signature Cinnabon flavor.
