Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I waited a half an hour for my food to be done, even I scheduled my order through Uber eats to be ready at 10:30am but they never started when I arrived. I would say 2nd worst Popeyes then the one in Killeen.

The environment here was amazing! The food was delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly and inviting; the young manager wearing glasses was very helpful and very patient with me and my family. I can see why that young lady was made manager. The place looked nice and was very clean.

All around a great environment. Everyone is super friendly especially the young lady general manager. Even though she seems new, I genuinely feel like she knows what she’s doing and has changed the store for the better!

Good food just the employees need be little more faster it wasn't even busy just 2 people

Always slow, never preps, rude customer service overall a horrible location and should be taken down or new management

I really appreciate the service from this popeyes. I only ever come around morning time because that's the time I take my break but every time come, even if it's busy, I'm treated with care and respect. You can tell how overwhelmed they are with orders, but still get them all out. Nice job!

The food was okay. Service was nice but it feels too empty inside. Not a lot else going on.

Terrible! My boyfriend order chicken tenders & they were extremely cold. He wanted fresh food, they told him it would be a wait and then said they couldn’t make it. He ended up getting two burnt pieces of chicken after about 20 minutes of waiting and had to throw it away. Terrible food. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Nice people but that food was not as good as before. I was legit pissed that i spent money on it. The sandwich tasted like rubber and the biscuit tasted dry and bland.

6pm on a Thursday. They shut down the drive thru and stated orders were at an extended wait. Basically no option to order food. Don’t yall plan for dinner rush?
