2nd time coming here and every time i come they park me for more then 20 mins, well this time i had to come back 3 times in a row, i went inside cause i had been waiting 20 mins while other cars are driving off, then had to go back again because they were missing my tenders and then go back again because they made my tenders spicy after i told them regulars 3 times, please save your time, they’ll park you and forget about you.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have given this excuse of a restaurant a couple of tries now, and the service is amazing slow and the workers are horribly rude. The orders are never right and then they want to fight about everything. Somebody needs to do a better job of managing this place and hiring their workers. It should not take an hour to go through the drive thru and the workers should admit their mistakes and not fight with customers. Worst place I've ever been to.
I really enjoy Popeyes Chicken and the mashed potatoes and gravy. The wait time here is ridiculously long. There are three of us in the drive thru and still it has been 20+ minutes. If I wouldn't have paid already I would have left 10 minutes ago. Terrible service, food is good.Parking: Lunch time during the work week will get a bit crazy but you'll just have to park further away.

The food was ok, I mean at least the tenders were warm but we asked for sweet tea and half and half and all we got was unsweetened, we had to use honey packets to make the tea sweet, not only that but I feel like the people working there should be more prepared for dinner rush. They didn't have half of their menu!! They didn't even have Mac n cheese

Ordered via drive thru asked for family SZ fries and instead of being told they only had 2 sizes I was under impression I orders family SZ fries . When getting my food the fries were NOT family SZ asked if I could order an additional order of fries and told I could get BACK in line!! That so they can be on target for their time they can’t add anything at window.Then they failed to give me a $ 3.49 gravy I paid for. People there don’t value a client. Service is trash will NOT spend a cent at this dump again. Worry about your target time Vs taking care of clients ?
