Explain to me how I put in a mobile pick up order an hour prior to arriving just to make sure it was ready and it wasn't! Still had to wait for forever. This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant ever.
2nd time coming here and every time i come they park me for more then 20 mins, well this time i had to come back 3 times in a row, i went inside cause i had been waiting 20 mins while other cars are driving off, then had to go back again because they were missing my tenders and then go back again because they made my tenders spicy after i told them regulars 3 times, please save your time, they’ll park you and forget about you.

Everytime I come here it’s a long wait and the customer service is horrible. You would think bc they are in a military installation it would be better service. If I could give zero stars U would bc it’s ridiculous. The drive thru is always a long wait even if you’re the only person in line.
