Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fast service and generous portions, but often runs out of ingredients without notice. The flavor suffers when items are missing. The restaurant can be understaffed, leading to dirty tables and unstocked utensils. Some staff members may be rude, which can detract from the dining experience.
