Today I stopped in for lunch and it was VERY busy. There was a lady up at the front, who I could tell was struggling with some of the orders.
I noticed 3 things:
1. She had amazing customer service with a contagious smile.
2. English was not her first language, and I'm pretty sure hernative language is French.
3. Her coworkers were VERY rude to her.
For those who have never had to work in second language, please understand that...

Terrible service, after entering the location, we waiting by 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then we placed our order and waited 16 minutes to get our food. We were the only people inside, so I really don't understand why it took so long.

I always point out the name when we pass by and suddenly the opportunity to test it out just fell into my lap. What makes a Slim Chickens stand out? Should you recommend it? These are the questions I had going in and I think I got answers.

It is a crazy little route through the drive through but customer service here shines. I felt like a friend was taking my order and giving me good options. I love the multiple sauces they have available but wish the list...
