This is my usual Starbucks near ctc, they always have the best customer service, are always kind. plus, have the best drinks out of most of killeen’s Starbucks. Specially, they made me a double eagle iced chai dupe and it was amazing.
I asked for a cappuccino today first time, and I get to work and when I went to drink there was half of the cup missing from a venti that I ordered. I really never have any complaints about this store but today well let’s say it wasn’t a good day since I wasn’t the only one that’s complained at the hospital tonight about the service smh oh well
UPDATE:
I’ve been here a few more times since my original review and I must say, the Baristas are still friendly and the consistency has gotten better. Didn’t receive the pro cf I paid for but better👍🏾.
The drive thru staff here is always pleasant…why can’t I ever get my order correct? What about this picture says cup of ice ? Oleato extra hot
