I absolutely love this particular Starbucks. The employees and baristas are always so kind and make our drinks good. There was one time where it was not good at all and the made us a new drink and tasted way better. Even when the lines are long, do not be discouraged because they get the line going and friendly at the same time.

Its close to my house but they seem to have a problem with consistency. Never know if my macchiato will be right. $15.24 for two medium macchiatos. No thank you.

They need more help there. 3-4 ppl are not enough to operate a busy business like this. Especially during lunchtime

Ordered an online order for pick up at 1:48 pm in the drive thru. I showed up at 1:51 PM to pick up my order. The lady at the window said “next time you need to stop at the voice box and say you placed an online order so it can be ready on time. Did you just place it?” I explained “no, I placed it 10 mins ago and my pick up time was 3 minutes ago.” She then left & another lady took over the window (this lady was very sweet)Lady handed me my drinks and asked me to pull up to the front so they can bring out my food.The First Lady came out with the food and an attitude and handed me my food as she rolled her eyes & walked away.Unfortunately she was not wearing a name tag on her shirt to get her name.I will no longer be going back to this location as long as that person is employed, she is very rude.

I usually go through the drive thru but today I went inside and boy if you thought the employees were great in the drive thru here, you're missing out because they are even more awesome inside! Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by literally everyone. I felt like a celeb and I wasn't even fully awake yet. So that was nice.Then I was acknowledged by the very sweet gentlemen working the counter. He let me know he would be with me in just a second. It was like a mila second really because he took my order very shortly after his acknowledgement. He pointed out the waiting area so I would know where to find my drink once it was up. While waiting I got a little lost because I was looking at my phone screen for a hot minute. I started getting up to look at the drinks on the counter thinking mine might have came out and I missed it. That super sweet guy behind the counter saw me and immediately once again acknowledged and let me know that he was working on it and it would be up soon. He totally saved me from embarrassing myself lol and I appreciate that.Employees are fantastic here. Definitely have your back and super polite.

This is by far the most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever been to. On 2 separate occasions I have had someone at the window be very rude. Customer service is not something they enforce here. I placed a mobile order and was told I needed to wait before coming up there. I placed the order, and drove there. I was the only one in line. I feel like the comments we’re unnecessary. It was one single drink. Do better.

When I visited this location, a family member and I went through the drive through to redeem our half off drinks. When we tried to place our separate orders we were told we weren't allowed to place 2 orders separately. So I went inside to order & by the time i received my drink, 4 cars behind me in the drive through as well as customers who came in after me, received their drinks before i was able to get mine. A few months later i came again to redeem this half off deal in hopes they wouldn't make me get out the drive through to come inside again. It was raining hard and they still would not let me place an order along with my friend as 2 separate orders in the drive through. This rule has been an inconvenience. :(

The person working the drive thru had a really bad attitude.She watched to see if I gave her a tip and when I didn’t because she had an attitude because I had to order from the passenger seat because my mom is non verbal because of a disability she pushed the card reader into my moms nail and the card cut under her finger nail.this isn’t the first time she has had an attitude.She was wearing a joker like Halloween costume and her hair was in pigtails.and then my drinks weren’t even filled up all the way for 13 dollars they should be filled all the way.
