Employees need to be retrained. I stopped coming here because I’ve had a 50/50 chance of my orders being wrong. Every-time I order a frappe I get an iced drink. I’ve seen a soldier politely mention to a barista their drink was made wrong and the employee was extremely rude and told the soldier it wasn’t and refused to remake it. I do appreciate the speediness of the employees during peak hours however but it’s sometimes worth it to go to a different location for the correct...

Figure out the app! I ordered the new potato cheddar breakfast bites and two bags of whole bean coffee($$$). Full price! I get to the store, everything is half price and they don’t have the bites ?. Any other time you receive an alert stating that the store is out of an item (kinda like the other coffee I ordered). The associate says”I have no clue about the app”. Really? I must also agree withe the other review regarding the speed of service. There are more workers here...

They should most definitely get with Starbucks on clear creek and figure out their system. This starbucks is super slow esp during their busy hours. They KNOW when they are busy and they still can't figure it out. I also order the SAME drink everytime and it's tasted good maybe ONCE. today tasted like straight water but I did a mobile order and STILL waited 30 min in the drive through to get my stuff.
