We got so tired of eating bad beans & tasteless enchiladas at another well-known & local Tex-Mex restaurant with a sub-par interior until we discovered Mi Casita. Anyone that knows anything about delicious food will return to Mi Casita only!”

“Delicious! We’re just driving through town and wanted a quick brunch. We got the brisket, barbacoa, and papas y chorizo. All of them were good; the brisket was hubby’s favorite and I liked the barbacoa best. Important to note that the burritos include exactly what they say. So a brisket burrito is a huge pile of brisket wrapped in a homemade tortilla. No sauce, no cheese, no fillers. Just a huge pile of deliciously flavored meat. I’m not sure I could buy and cook my own brisket for the price I paid for that burrito. They’ll give you salsa to add if you want the flavor boost, and that was also delicious. As of 01/2026, they were $6 each. A lot of meat in a 12” tortilla; and it was delicious and I didn’t have to cook it. And if you’re a keto/carnivore eater, just order it and then give the tortilla to someone you love. I don’t know where else you can get a giant roadside hunk of delicious meat for $6. Highly recommend!”

“That was election night. I got the steak which was cooked perfectly. It was served with sauted onions and a brown gravy. It came with a salad and potato. The food was good. The wait staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable.”

We flew into Ft Stockton over the weekend during Barrio fest and fortunately discovered this gem while walking around. I love the method of having one item per day and wish I could go back for more of their offerings.

Seriously the best Torta I’ve ever had in my life. Would happily fly back there just for another one.

“I stopped at Andy’s Roadbluse while driving through west Texas and ended up trying the fajitas even though it looked like a burger spot. I’m so glad I did. The fajitas were full of flavor, the pico was actually spicy, the portions were solid but the surprise standout was the rice and beans. Both were delicious and the borracho beans had sausage in it which gave them the best smoky flavor. Yessenia was my server and she was super sweet and walked me through the menu. Great stop!”

“Super cozy & local “Cracker Barrel” style restaurant. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot in Fort Stockton other than McDonalds — this is the spot! Stopped by while on the road and the staff was very friendly, service was fast, food was good & complimentary wifi which is awesome for a digital nomad like myself! (came here on a weekday so no wait time but I can see how it might get busy on weekends since it is a bit small)”
