So a brisket burrito is a huge pile of brisket wrapped in a homemade tortilla. No sauce, no cheese, no fillers. Just a huge pile of deliciously flavored meat. A legit hole-in-the-wall in Fort Stockton, TX, and I am so glad I heard about it online while I was planning a road trip. Either way, you have to stop by Acosta’s...
To-go only, NO INDOOR DINING nor public restrooms. This was recommended to us on our way to Big Bend for breakfast tacos, but we did not realize it was not a dine-in restaurant. Otherwise very friendly staff and delicious food! Took some fresh homemade tortillas to go, can’t wait to have them on the skillet! 🙂
