“I stopped at Andy’s Roadbluse while driving through west Texas and ended up trying the fajitas even though it looked like a burger spot. I’m so glad I did. The fajitas were full of flavor, the pico was actually spicy, the portions were solid but the surprise standout was the rice and beans. Both were delicious and the borracho beans had sausage in it which gave them the best smoky flavor. Yessenia was my server and she was super sweet and walked me through the menu. Great stop!“

Stopped by while on the road and the staff was very friendly, service was fast, food was good & complimentary wifi which is awesome for a digital nomad like myself! (came here on a weekday so no wait time but I can see how it might get busy on weekends since it is a bit small)“
