No direction to the people working. Its always hectic. You can feel the stress coming from the employees. Food is good. Only issue is the place is below standard for mcdonalds. It's dirty. They don't know what they're doing. Not sure if managers are too new. There's no support. Or turnover is too high. Either way these are orange flags for the owners. I've had to go behind the counter multiple times as a customer into employee only areas to get my drink cup because no one acknowledged me. Multiple visits. Now when I go I just walk back there with the workers and grab a cup after I get my mobile order. And they've always just looked at me like why is a customer back here. But then go back to business when I leave.
