The ¼ pounder has been pre-made, not fresh cooked. I usually do not eat at this store, never have had this at the Alpine Texas store I hate the fact that there's no one at the counter to take orders. Never had this problem at the Alpine Texas store. We chose McDonald's for the restroom which was clean. This was the only redeeming thing.
It's out in the middle of nowhere, so I'm pretty sure they mark everything up and they don't accept coupons/deals from the app. Nice place, friendly, but they know they are the only place around...

No direction to the people working. Its always hectic. You can feel the stress coming from the employees. Food is good. Only issue is the place is below standard for mcdonalds. It's dirty. They don't know what they're doing. Not sure if managers are too new. There's no support. Or turnover is too high. Either way these are orange flags for the owners.
