I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order and arrived before my scheduled pickup time, but my food had apparently been sitting out already. Everything was cold and soggy.
When I called the store, the employee offered to remake my meal, but I had already left town. She also told me the manager would call me the next morning (7/28) regarding a refund. I never received that call.

Paid for some food and didn’t receive it. No sauce after asking twice, the food wasn’t in the boxes for (the luxe combo), so confusing cause it was 4 teens worth of food and finally, no straws.
Great customer service viviana manager on shift was having her crew do a great job . And great food . Love it here .

Taco Bell provides a great drive-through experience, thanks to friendly and efficient staff who are quick and efficient. As a standalone location, it sticks to Taco Bell's 30-second order model. The food is good, although some menu items, like the Beef Meximelt Burrito and Steak Burrito, may contain hard ingredients. Employees are eager to help and the restaurant is clean. The service is excellent and a highlight of the visit, with staff making sure the order is complete and correct. People like the employees are the reason the restaurant is improving.
