“Absolutely the best restaurant in Fort Stockton! Their food is deliciously consistent, interior is clean, & staff is very friendly. No other local restaurant compares to Mi Casita. We got so tired of eating bad beans & tasteless enchiladas at another well-known & local Tex-Mex restaurant with a sub-par interior until we discovered Mi Casita. Anyone that knows anything about delicious food will return to Mi Casita only!“

“What ever is written on the front widow is whats for lunch! We had Flautas today. A yankee might call it toquitos. It was authentic Tex-Mex. I enjoy ma and pop place that has the courage to stand on one dish a day and that’s it! You get whatever mama is making and i was thrilled! Beautiful spirit in this place!“
“The tamales were outstanding! I got a half dozen of the pork and they were not too spicy, the masa was really flavorful and the filling really rich. Super friendly staff. Also got a pack of tortillas and they fried up into excellent tostadas! Definitely a hidden gem!“

“Great little space to grab a bite to eat. Menudo was amazing, got the small and it was enough for me. A little spicy but delicious. The lemonade is homemade and I high recommend getting it. Service was great very nice and friendly. A must stop if in Fort Stockton or just passing through.“

“This is a to-go restaurant only. They have a big parking lot for RVs. The burritos were really good, especially the tortillas. However they were really expensive. For 8 burritos (a little bigger than a taco) is was $50. My hubs and wonder if maybe they increased the price since we were obviously from out of town?“

“These are mostly in TX though I and so happy a bunch are popping up in Seven elevens across Florida. They taste is consistent across the chain. The tacos are tasty, very filling and affordable. If you see one stop and try them. The breakfast Q is an awesome breakfast and a great deal. All the lunch meats are delicious and they are very well complimented by their salsas. ?“

“That was election night. I got the steak which was cooked perfectly. It was served with sauted onions and a brown gravy. It came with a salad and potato. The food was good. The wait staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable.“

“Heading back home from Houston, I stayed overnight and needed some food. I was super skeptical about trying this place, but I ordered the nachos and gorditas. I’ve got to say—it wasn’t half bad!
For the location and the quality of the food, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and would definitely stop here again if I were passing through.
So, if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere and craving something other than fast food burgers, give this spot a try!“
