The staff was engaged in conversation and didn't pay attention to the order station. I had to go to the window to place my order. They apologized, but it seemed like they were having too much fun talking to each other and forgot about the customers..
The service was AMAZING! Yes, of course, my Cantina Chicken Quesadilla was delicious. The young lady who suggested a selection, accepted payment, and handed me the food was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and, polite.
I appreciate the fact that it's a stand alone Taco Bell, because Taco Bell's model is 30 seconds for your order to be made. KFC is not. Midland Texas needs to go back to having stand alone Taco Bells!
