Really good boba in a cute shop! Great place for an afternoon drink.

The shop is small but has a cute aesthetic with collectible tea cups and plates displayed on the wall, though the overall vibe felt a bit off. There were only two staff members working, and while one did answer a question I had, there was minimal interaction. Ordering is done through a tablet, and the space was silent — no music, just the sound of customers chatting, which made it feel a little awkward.

Unfortunately, it took over 30 minutes to get just two drinks, and for the price (over $16), the experience didn’t feel worth it. The drinks were simply placed on the counter without a word — no thank you or acknowledgment, which added to the sense of poor service.
As for the drinks themselves: the brulee tiger drink had a texture and flavor similar to coffee creamer — not terrible, just overly creamy. The grass jelly was the best part.

Overall, I wouldn’t return. Between the long wait, lack of customer service, and high prices, there are better options nearby like Feng Cha or even Starbucks

I’ve been coming to this Boba shop for about 4 years now and the quality of product and service has dropped significantly.

It is clear that this shop doesn’t have 100% of the management’s attention.

It sucks, but my family and I will now be forced to check out other spots in FTW.

Worker was unable to give us a refund due to no manager being there and she was very busy by herself. We were from out of state and couldn't come back the next day. We waited almost 40 mins before we gave up and just left without it.

Great boba, nice and chewy! I recommend the Taro Boba milk tea. Delicious!

packaging and atmosphere is cute until you feel how humid it is inside. it felt cramped and hot. the boba was horrible. you would think after spending 10 bucks on a cup of boba, it would at least be decent. the tea tasted like water and the boba was hard and old. You’re better off going to a kung fu tea where their drinks are already bad as is. the packaging was even worse. with a lose lid and poor sealing, it was constantly popping off. would not come back

Delicious drinks and awesome friendly staff! It wasn't over crowded and the gentlemen let us try many different samples we haven't had before! With the new management I highly recomened giving it a try.

Hours need to be updated on Google and on their front door. They are rarely open prior to noon.

Edited: I do appreciate having a boba shop that’s close by in FTW. I’m fine with self ordering but expect the drinks to be made quick if that’s all that they do. But it does take an average of 20 minutes for your drinks to be made (if it’s not the owner I noticed).

Super long wait times for snacks only. Lemon honey flavor is pretty bad please do not order. Lemon and blueberry macaroon is the only good flavor don’t buy the pack

Initially came to this place because the shop looked so cute. However, looks can be decieving. The wait time on the drinks were ridiculous. Whenever we got our drinks, the plastic cup had a slit and was leaking out. I quickly ran back inside to tell the bobarista and all she did was slide a cup under my drink after a 1/4 of it was already wasted. The boba itself tasted stale and was ok in quality. Not a good experience and would not come back.
