Stopped in for a refreshing beverage. Was not impressed. The lobby was extremely warm and was not greeted by an employee. Customer service is everything. I ordered off the kiosk as the hand written sigh stated to do so. I ordered the mango nada, which was on but having real fruit in a beverage such as this one is by far better. Will I return?
Delicious drinks and awesome friendly staff! It wasn't over crowded and the gentlemen let us try many different samples we haven't had before! With the new management I highly recomened giving it a try.
Hours need to be updated on Google and on their front door. They are rarely open prior to noon.
Edited: I do appreciate having a boba shop that’s close by in FTW. I’m fine with self ordering but expect the drinks to be made quick if that’s all that they do. But it does take an average of 20 minutes for your drinks to be made (if it’s not the owner I noticed).
