Came in real quick to get an order to go. Mind you there was one family in the entire place. No one was in the drive thru. The younger kid who took our order was trying to rush so much he messed up on our order and was confused whenever we told him it was wrong. The girl fixed it. But it makes sense why he was acting the way he was because she made two margaritas and asked us if it was for us and we said no. The younger guy said no those are for us in the back.

Parking: Pretty typical post covid service. You know the lackadaisical attitude that we've all come to know and love. But when you question their overcharge, everybody was suddenly energized. They did make it right. Even though we accepted that they got all our orders wrong LO. L The food was good though.

Bad customer service I was ignored by the young lady when asking for a top for my sons kids meal rice he didn’t finished after telling me “okay “stood there for a few minutes and never came back . Food wasn’t that well either waste of $16 . My to go 🤣🤣 smh

Great food, awful at giving out hot sauce, even when requested. They have been terrible at this for at least three years. Like I said, though, fantastic food, and that far outweighs the weird glitch in customer service. I have asked at the speaker, at the window, and STILL had to go back in to ask a third time. Weird glitch in an otherwise fantastic spot.

Drove 45mins there order 50 bucks worth of food to get home and for the 3rd time they forgot a whole dinner. The last 3 times k have been there they have forgotten multiple items and the manager said well sorry human error I asked if there was anything to rectify the situation and he said nope I don't have anything else I can do. Absolutely worst customer service ever. He said what would happen if you went to Walmart and they forgot something. I said they would rectify the situation. His response is I am sure they would but there is nothing I can to sorry.

STOP CHARGING EXTRA FOR EXTRAS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO GIVE EXTRAS. Asked for extra cheese in my taco, received a LITERAL PINCH of cheese. Don’t know if these people are slow, don’t listen, or are trying to go out of their way to make people mad because they’re too lazy to grab extra cheese, but at this point this is the fourth time I’ve had this happen. Taco casa is much better, don’t waste your money here.

Everything I have tried here is really, really good! *Update* everything USE to be really, really good. Last night my nachos were sitting in a plate full of greasy, watery, queso(?). I could only stomach 1/3 of them before having to toss the rest. The chips that weren't soggy and disgusting from the soupy mix, were stale. I drive a good distance for 3 parrots and really wish my meal would have been worth it like it use to be.
Very disappointed with the overall experience this time. I went to this location after my 12 hour shift around 9:20pm, I got 3 soft chicken tacos and man by the time I got home they were extremely cold, the torillas were split down the middle on all 3 tacos probably because they weren’t heated before being filled.The taco itself was falling apart when trying to hold it and was very messy to eat. I had to heat everything in the microwave before I ate it. Feels like i miss spent my hard worked dollars.

I love the food, when they have it. Been there twice in the last week, and they were out of tostada both times. The second time, we were given double beans, which we didn't ask for. Our ticket said rice and beans, but there was no rice.

Ordered two soft tacos and a burrito. Asked for 4 of the chunky salsa. They charged me .75 cents for each of the salsa. First time I had to pay for salsa. Young man told me if I had asked for 2 they would have been free so he charged me for all 4. I like your tacos but won't ask for salsa again.
