First visit to 61 Osteria and was very pleased with the total experience. Have frequented Grace, another of Adam Jones restaurants, and find this to be equally outstanding.

The food was spectacular; ambiance was peacefully elegant; staff was accommodating to our food restrictions. Mary was an incredible waitress-hospitable and very kind. We will be back when we’re back visiting Ft. Worth. Afterwards, take time to see the art work inside the building that houses the restaurant.

We were invited by friends who are regular guests, and they were telling us about how good this place was. Having an expectation, most of the time ends up being not a good thing.Let me tell you, it was so delicious and the presentation was very nice. Our server was Love the decor.

Went here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Our server, Katarina, was nothing short of perfect. I have decision making issues and Katarina was incredibly helpful and patient with me in that regard. She explained the options in great detail and provided honest suggestions. The food itself was perfect. I don't do seafood anything at all but tonight I did have caviar with my meal and I'm still thinking about it. Every dish was amazing. THE ROSEMARY BREAD IS FROM HEAVEN/PARADISE ITSELF. Our server was knowledgeable about everything on the menus and incredibly attentive. They have a good cocktail list but above all, I recommend their espresso martini with their special velvet cream on top paired with the chocolate torta- thank me later. The kindness of all their staff we interacted with really made it a special visit as well. I've worked in upscale F&B for years prior and can honestly say, they do it right here at 61.Thanks again, Katarina and the team and Chefs at 61, we will be back very soon.

My husband and our friends went here last weekend for a lovely dinner. Every single appetizer, drink, entree, and dessert we ordered was phenomenal. Our server was extremely kind and funny - she entertained us the entire evening. I would definitely recommend this place who wants to experience an upscale Italian restaurant. Be prepared to spend $100+ per person. Thanks for the great evening and food!

Service was excellent - my waiter and the bartender were attentive and were able to make great suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious! I got the rotollo (sp?) and Black Manhattan as a digestive cocktail. It was very good. The other staff was also very welcoming and kind. I would come here again.

A few friends and I went here before a performance at Bass Hall. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed the Flatiron Coup. Although the prices were a bit high, given the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and overall experience, the cost was definitely worth it. Our waitress was knowledgeable of the menu, and gave great recommendations. I followed her opinion, and ordered the Serpente Pasta. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the most delicious dish I may have ever had. From the hen of the woods mushrooms, to the delicate yet creamy sauce with hints of truffle, I was amazed. Although the portions were small, I left satisfied, although I would recommend ordering a starter. We shared the home baked focaccia. It was accompanied by a delicious olive oil and balsamic, butter, and chorizo and ricotta dip. They were all three so good, I could hardly choose a favorite. On top of everything, service was quick, as our waitress was mindful of our showtime. The walk to Bass Hall was close and easy on a night with fair weather, and it was the perfect pre-show experience.

My husband and I went to 61 Osteria for our anniversary and everything was amazing! Melanie was our server and she was sweet, attentive, and checked in on us just the right amount. The atmosphere is upscale, comfortable, and quiet enough to talk with your dinner companions. We had the focaccia to start and it was so light and airy with lots of choices to dip it in. Then I had the Caesar salad and my husband had the bibb and fennel salad, both were fresh and super tasty. We split the wild boar pasta and the veal Marsala. Any other time I would be raving about the tender boar with zero game taste on the wide, perfectly cooked pasta; however, the veal Marsala was so excellent that I had to restrain myself from licking up the sauce! The meat was so tender and the mushrooms, seasoning, etc were mind blowing!! With all the food, a cocktail each , and a glass of wine each, it’s not somewhere to eat every weekend, but I highly recommend going when you want to splurge.Parking: We were running late and going to valet, but came upon street parking so we took it and walked a block to the restaurant.

I celebrated my birthday with Osteria 61 this past Friday and it was flawless!! The wine menu is thoughtfully curated, and the sweet potato agnolotti was one of the best meals of my life. Thank you for an impeccable evening.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and it was magnificent. Customer service, food, environment, everything was spot on great. Our server, nathan was the absolute best, he always made sure we were set on everything and even gave us a free desert for out anniversary. Great for a romantic dinner with your beloved. 10/10 will come again.

The food is excellent, but portions are small. We tried the burrata and the meatball starters, and both were fantastic. The blend of meat the meatballs are made out of is super tender and flavorful, and their sauce is really bright with a peppery kick. The burrata was light and would pair well with a little bread. Also tried the serpente, which was okay, but a little watery, and tasted like they added truffle oil, which is not my favorite. Our other main was the scallops and all I can say is wow. The scallops were the most perfectly cooked scallops I've ever had, served over a mushroom risotto that I could have eaten an entire bowl of. This is a great place to share some food and cocktails in an upscale environment. Service is quick and friendly. Overall, this is a fun place for a splurge.

Had really high hopes. Very disappointing and very salty. Rotollo, and oddly enough the house made corn nuts weren’t bad. Better than average service, below average food. Just my opinion.
