Dinner was just ok. The restaurant itself was nice, our service was fine so all of that was ok. My husband order the prime rib which didn't have much flavor and I ordered the burger. The burger I asked for medium and it was so heavily charred that it tasted burned. I think this was just their style and I just didn't care for it. The fries were good, Mac and cheese was pretty good. Overall, nothing was wrong with the meal, it was all ok but I feel like we were paying for the vibe which is totally fine.

Absolutely stunning experience. My family love the from day after Thanksgiving. Highly recommended

We booked 97 W. for three of us for Thanksgiving dinner. I ordered my steak well done (I specified no pink), but it came out very rare. They took it back to re-cook it. By the time it got to my table, the other two in my party had finished eating. The steak was tough, and frankly, terrible. I barely ate anything on my plate. We also never received the “family style” sides. The manager said she was sorry and paid for my margarita, but still charged me the $80 for my terrible meal. I feel like an experience at a restaurant like this should be excellent. Sadly, mine was not.

Perfection!
We are huge fans of Hotel Drover- my husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we were truly so impressed by the professionalism, clear communication, beautiful setting and how the staff went above and beyond to make our event so wonderful. The food was excellent (as affirmed by many of our dinner guests). We had the filet with chimichurri sauce & the salmon. So naturally for our first anniversary, we had to go back to 97 West for dinner. We started off with the ceviche which was out of this world good and a generous portion, served with blue corn tortilla chips. So fresh and so many flavors blended so perfectly. We followed it up with the antelope, filet with chimichurri sauce & a side of brussels, all were cooked to perfection and were just melt in your mouth good. They provided us a complimentary dessert on an anniversary plate which was such a fun bonus! Our server was excellent and took great care of us as well. We rave about 97 West to whoever will listen and will likely be making dinner an anniversary tradition!

Everything was wonderful. Mandy, our server could not have been more helpful. The food was delicious, the ambience was impressive and the entire experience was outstanding.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at 97 West. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was excellent as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made our evening feel extra special. Overall, we had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

My family and I went to celebrate my mother's birthday and we went a Saturday brunch. Our experience was perfect and we enjoyed our time there as always. Our server, Estrella, was fantastic and she made the experience even better. I do want to say that the chocolate birthday cake was dry but overall no complaints on our entrees. Thank you!

We showed up on time for our reservation, only to be seated late with no real explanation or apology. Not exactly the start you expect when you plan ahead. Once we finally sat down, things didn’t get much better. The food was way overpriced for what you actually get — nothing special, nothing memorable, and definitely not worth the cost.

The only saving grace was that our server was very nice and helpful.

Overall, it felt like we paid premium prices for a sub-par experience. There are plenty of places in the area that respect your time and serve food that justifies the bill. 97 West isn’t one of them.

it's so incredibly loud in the restaurant that it's impossible to have a reasonable conversation and be heard. The service is very nice and the food is fine but the runners who bring out the food need a lot more training as they don't know which plates go where and they don't know if the burger is medium rare or medium well. howevere The manager was kind to take care of our appetizers.

came here for my birthday dinner. As soon as we walked in the building was a HUGE traffic flow of people. Extremely loud . As we walked back to the restaurant I thought ok it might be better ,less crowded. Wrong . Tons of people there as well. This was my first time here so I was not aware of the open bar and floor plan of the restaurant. Tons of people hovering over our table even leaning on the chair next to me at the table since we were sat next to the bar . Super uncomfortable. I was expecting a nice quiet dinner. So hard to hear anything, I could not have a conversation with my husband. Waited a while until we were acknowledged. They did give us a free appetizer for the inconvenience and free dessert. Food was good but I will not be back or recommend.

The absolute BEST spicy blood mary and ranch waters. Food was phenomenal. Cannot recommend this place enough! We fly out from AZ just to stay at the Drover and eat at 97 West. Evan is our favorite bartender, so fun and great at his job. 10 stars!

I drove 40 minutes to bring my son to have brunch to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, I was told if I am not staying at the hotel we would not be able to have brunch at the restaurant. We were so disappointed to be turned away.
