“I recently visited a hidden gem in Fort Worth and was blown away by their incredible service and food. The standout dish for me was their Shinwari Mutton Karahi—it was the best I’ve had in years! The mutton was cooked to perfection, with tender cuts specifically meant for karahi, and the flavor was an authentic frontier style that took me back. Easily a 5-star dish.

While the Chapli Kabobs were tasty, they didn’t quite live up to the traditional look, as they seemed like frozen kabob patties. The Afghan rice was deliciously authentic but came in a portion that was barely enough for one person. Despite these small critiques, the Mutton Karahi alone is enough to make me a repeat customer. I can’t wait to return for another taste of that unforgettable dish!“
