Amazing experience overall. Bruschetta was fantastic, ravioli was amazing, and the Pasta Al Dente was recommended by the owners and it was unbelievably good, unlike anything I've ever had in the best way

Enjoyed Al Dente on a Sunday afternoon. Great service, wonderful chill atmosphere and the food was good. Linguine Alla Vodka was nice and creamy, the Pasta Promavera was full of vegetables perfectly cooked and the Tortellini/Amateiciana was delicious.

The food was amazing. We split the risotto croquettes, a dish of wide noodles in a ragu, a ribeye steak, and a dessert. We shared everything, and it was all delicious. It's expensive but I didn't feel cheated.

Such a great experience, good food and astonishing service. Will definitely come back again!
Had a great meal here and the server was so attentive. I had read some reviews regarding bad service, but didn’t experience that at all. The server was wonderful, and went above and beyond for someone who placed a to go order - offering to text him once his food was ready so he could go next door for a drink (it’s BYOB here, they don’t serve alcohol). The food was well prepared and delicious.

The teenager and I wanted some Italian yummy food, so we decided to try al dente in FORT WORTH. The place was small but the service was amazing. The food was delicious. The bread was phenomenal. The teenager had fettuccine Alfredo. I had fettuccine Primavera and it was all very very yummy. Highly recommended as always. please support your local businesses. And this is bring bring your own drink and they will help you with the glasses and the service.

Everything and everyone was awful. The food comes in ridiculously small portions. When i called in the host was incredibly disrespectful. I had to call because the first time we called they hung up on my mom. Terrible place never again.

The hostess/server was so annoyed with us. If we asked for anything she had a horrible attitude about it. Food was over priced and small portion. Will not return
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered a focaccia and Drew, the server suggested a salad to go with the focaccia. She was right. It was delicious. The ravioli was rich and creamy. The tiramisu was heavenly. The portions are generous and you’ll want to move to Italy after visiting this place!!
Vegetarian options: Ravioli is vegetarian. Delicious
Parking: The parking is fine, this restaurant is nestled in a tiny paved alley in the street itself… like a European … you won’t spot it on the street.

Restaurantji Recommends
As others noted, food portions are small for price. Our garlic knots were undercooked in the center. Our hostess/server appeared to be annoyed to have customers the moment we entered. We were the only customers there our entire dinner on a Saturday evening. Overall, I would not return or recommend.

Portions are actually horrendous for $15
Terrible service from the hostess as well as subpar food. I’m not sure how an Italian restaurant could mess up Spaghetti and meatballs and yet here we are.
Was very disappointed with the service. The hostess/server seemed very put out with us the entire time. We waited over an hour for our food. Ended up just taking our meal to go. The spaghetti and meatballs was fine but I wouldn’t recommend.

So we live out of the state, but we found this gem back in 2019-2020 (but pre-COVID). And every time we are in the area we always drop by. I think people don’t understand Italian people have different personalities and etiquettes, doesn’t mean they don’t care or aren’t listening to you. Some of the reviews criticize how they act but we personally never had an issue the 4+ times we’ve been there. And to be honest I’m there for some delicious food, not for making best friends. And regards to the food, it’s as authentic as it gets. After being in Italy 3 times this is the real deal. If someone wants “Americanized Italian food”, go to Olive Garden. I would highly recommend the garlic knots, we also had most of the pastas and they were delicious. My favorite dishes are the Rotini Bolognese and Ravioli.
We will continue supporting this small business and are so thankful they exist and I don’t have to travel across the globe to enjoy some authentic Italian food!
