Quick Take on Amorino Gelato, Clearfork Amorino Gelato in Clearfork offers a high-quality, authentic Italian dessert experience with a variety of gelato flavors. Myself and two others stopped in for a sweet treat after having dinner. When we drove by the long line had me rethinking my decision to give them a try, but once we got in that line it moved very quickly. It actually gave us a few minutes to check out the extensive menu. Many flavors of gelato, of course, and other items like macarons and crepe desserts are available. We went with simple cups of gelato with some classic flavors like Stracciatella and Amarena cherry, but we also tried something new to us, the refreshing Lime with Basil. Each flavor boasts a smooth, rich texture, indicating authentic craftsmanship. And the Lime with Basil was a surprise. Not as sweet as something that I would choose for a dessert, but what a great palette cleanser! While prices are slightly higher, the quality and natural ingredients seem to justify the cost. The staff are helpful and make the experience pleasant by offering samples and explaining the flavors. The store is sort of small, with seating both indoor and outdoors, Despite is being a fairly busy Friday night, we didn't have any trouble getting a table. Overall, Amorino Gelato is a solid choice for anyone in the Clearfork area looking for a premium gelato experience/ Heck, it's probably the best gelato that I have had since my last visit to Italy. I am sure we will visit again soon!

Updating review to respond to company’s response: The issue is I wasn’t even able to try anything nor was I even given the opportunity to order. Nobody was at the cash register to ensure everyone knew the process , but instead took one person’s order than went to prepare their order as several of us stood idle at the cash register for so long. The fact that more people continued to come in and nobody stopped to say we will be with you in a moment made me and others believe we are suppose to continue moving like a conveyor belt. It was honestly unprofessional and ridiculous. Even after knowing they didn’t assist me and I was clearly next in line, they went to the people behind me. Seems like it is a common occurrence when you don’t have the complexion of priority based on similar reviews. Thanks for the offer, but I will not be returning. First impressions are lasting impressions.Very poor customer service, no organization and undesirable first impression and the more I think about it, could be a prejudice or a bit racially motivated. Took family to try and it was almost as if I was invisible and there was no clear method to the madness. The customer service was nonexistent and the lines moved as if it was a buffet line but that’s not how it’s supposed to be, but because there isn’t anyone actually at the cash register to take order THEN prepare the order you are just following what everyone else is doing because they are also confused.After a few moments of being overlooked, the employee finally acknowledges me after taking a customer behind me instead of asking “have you been helped?” The employee also snickered after realizing I am confused by her nonchalance after she went from cashier to making a dessert that the other employee could have done or that free employee could have been on the register. It was ridiculous. After taking the customers that came on long after me, she then suggested I go back to the cash register to pay them come and pick out the gelato. What? How are you supposed to see the flavors AFTER payment? Russian Roulette with the gelato and hop you find something you like since you go in blind. It makes absolutely no sense Lol we were then told that you pay before even knowing what you want. They don’t have much to see, but too much at the same time. They have actual desserts including waffles and things you don’t see by walking in, but you’ll never know that because nobody is really asking. The flavors of the gelato is after you pay and their other offerings are unknown. They have an array of sizes, but nothing even makes sense lol. The menu is chaotic and so is the process of even choosing your desired dessert. It was beyond overwhelming from start to finish because their process takes way too long for a building line so long you just end up leaving. I would likely never go back.

One of the employees was slightly rude as he directed us to the end of the line, which was not clearly indicated (sign was turned around, and the line starts at the register rather than the door). The giant macaron was yummy, and the mango sorbet was spot-on.
This little ice cream chain has some of the best gelato around. You come in and order which ever size bowl you want (I'd get one of the big sizes and share with a friend) and then they let you pick out as many gelato flavors as you want. Half of the options are vegan and have no dairy, with options like basil-lime and many fruit mixes. The other half are creamy and seem to have more decadent flavors, but I have never had those. They keep expanding their menu and now offer hot chocolate, crepes, cones, macarons, and more. Many off these options are available with plant-based alternatives so be sure to ask. The staff here changes pretty often, because its mostly high-school and college

I always love coffee flavor dessert. I tried their coffee gelato. OMG!! I AM SO HAPPY. It is strong. I love it so much.My daughter got the mint chocolate one. She told me it tasted GOOD!I also like the size. We got small ones in the cups. We both finished our orders.The service was great. The male employee at the register was so polite. Great service makes everything better.I highly recommend this place.I don’t even live around there but I’ll definitely come back again. ??
