Line moved fast, coffee is super good. Expensive but the same price as any other cafe around here, but better quality. Toasted coconut is amazing! The back room is awesome, the front is like a summer coffee shop and the back is like a club. Really neat.

Expensive, albeit good product. The matcha lattes are the perfect balance of earthy and sweetness. There's definitely a cliquey, standoff-ish vibe. Baristas are cold and not friendly. I guess I'll just stop tipping.

Shout out to the staff at Ampersand this afternoon, for not only delicious coffee, but some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Kind, friendly, helpful & welcoming to say the least.
