The Asian chick working at the front was rude. I asked what drink this was to confirm my order and she said read the label which was not even facing me so I don’t see it.

Would give a zero if I could. Girl at the register was rude pushy and almost bullying. Management should know better than to put someone with a personality like that at the register. Coffee was only mediocre and overpriced for the quality of product. Would skip this unless McDonalds coffee is your only option.

They have the beans! Excellent coffee. If you have someone skeptical about coffee, bring them here. Clean. Spacious. Comfy. Clean bathrooms.

Espresso tasted like mud, and served without sparkling water (as every decent coffee shop serves). Food options were radically different than options shown on Google listing. The only way I'll every go back is to help remodel for the next tenants.

ELITE coffee spot. Atmosphere is on top and the coffee is always great. Their staff member, Samirah, is always so nice to me and my guests. She deserves a raise!

The iced vanilla shakerato won’t let you down!
Been going to this coffee shop for years and have loved it but with all of their recent expansions, I think they've lost sight of what makes a coffee shop great. The quality has gone down considerably while the prices go up. $6 for a bagel or pastry is insane especially since nothing is made in-house or by another local business anymore. I'm happy to see them succeed but it's disheartening to see a place that once embodied the best of small business culture begin to resemble just another chain.
We wanted to try out some new coffee spots, and I’ve heard lots of good things about this one in particular! It was spacious and had lots of natural lighting. The vibes were immaculate. From the aesthetically pleasing interior design, the live DJ playing house music, the delicious food. I gave the service four stars ONLY BECAUSE we chose to order through the DIY kiosk, but the employees were extremely friendly and welcoming!! I would recommend this place as a coffee date or a hangout spot. I wouldn’t say it’s a good study spot due to the house music. Our drinks were really delicious as well as our food choices. 10/10!!!!!
Checked out Ampersand near TCU—good coffee, but I prefer the Trinity Park location. They’ve got a better selection there. I went in hoping for the salted caramel mocha, but they didn’t have it, so I got a caramel mocha with an extra shot instead, and it hit the spot. Ambience is nice, and the space doubles as a bar which is cool, but overall, I’d make the drive to the other one.
