I didn't like it that much. Big portions but the food was very bland. Chilaquiles had no flavor . Was told that the chilaquiles tradicionales were going to be very spicy and not only were they not spicy, they had NO flavor. Worst chilaquiles ive had. Beans had no flavor , taste like they were boiled in water and nothing else. Another thing I didnt like is that not only do they charge for their chips and salsa but they taste HORRIBLE, its ridiculous when there are restaurants that give you chips and salsa free of charge and they taste great . One of my children had a menudo and the other had tacos de barbacoa. They enjoyed their food , the tacos look pretty big and the small menudo was huge .I don't think I'll be coming back considering that there is much better Mexican food here in northside.

Authentic and fabulous. If you love an authentic mexican breakfast, Amy’s is the place for you. Best Tortillas, taco, salsa. Burritos are huge, tacos filling, many types of Huevos Ranchero which were great. The serving is amazing as Amy and Mary made us feel so welcome! We went back twice. So excited for my food, I forgot to take pic!!!

Loved the menudo!!! One of the best menudo I've had in fort worth! Great flavor, I highly recommend it!!! Update: had a to go order: purchased some more menudo, delicious ? and some breakfast plates, yummy ?, but I I ordered 2 dozen tamales, but they where cold. I was not informed that they are cold... I had to reheat them at home, at least they were good but a bit disappointed about that, especially since I was not told about that. Over still good food, location is a bit small a bit uncomfortable for me.

The #1 best Mexican food in all of Texas.As a chef, that is a big statement to make and very subjective. But after 45 years of eating Mexican food in Texas and I can now definitely say Amy's is the best.It's not cliche, it's not tourist food, it's not average.It's exactly what you would eat if you were at someone's house and all they made was perfect Mexican food their entire life.Plus, Amy is so nice and makes your food right in front of you. Just like she has been doing for the last 25+ years.

I’m a coffee drinker, and they had the best tasting coffee I have had (in a restaurant) in a long time. It had a good bold rich flavor with a hint of cinnamon. Menudo was great!! I would have to agree with other comments that it’s the BEST in Fort Worth. The service was great. Will definitely be back

Great place to go for breakfast! Every single one of the staff was so nice and friendly. I got smiles from everyone every single time someone walked by and or server was so attentive and patient. The chilaquiles was excellent and the hot fresh salsa was phenomenal.

I gave this place three stars because one it is way too overcrowded all the tables are so close to each other there’s not enough room for you to really sit down and enjoy your food the proper way the Menudo is good and they make their flour tortillas fresh I wanted to order flour tortillas ago and the owner said that she was sorry but if she made them for me she had to make them for everybody else so she didn’t make any I even asked her if I call ahead of time and order some wood you have a ready for me and she said no she said she doesn’t even make them for her own self but the service is good I just don’t like the idea Of not having enough room to sit down and really enjoy your food without bumping into somebody right next to you And the restroom is for men and for women so they don’t have separate restrooms this is not a good place to take children to because there’s not enough room this man was sitting in a corner he had two kids and all they could do was scream the whole darn time this is not a family restaurant

Saw a post on Facebook of a family that went to this restaurant and found maggots in their menudo. There was pictures and everything. Also in my own experience there was a dead roach in the sugar container. Be aware of what you eat.
