Andy's Frozen Custard

Poorly managed and run with terrible service!

We ordered a Jitterbug with extra Heath Bar but received a poorly made vanilla swirl with a few Heath Bar pieces. We've been coming to this location for the past four years and always order the same thing. Typically, the staff consists of young employees taking orders and making ice cream. While we’ve had a mix-up once before, they promptly replaced our order without issue.
However, today was different. Our Jitterbug was missing both the espresso and the extra Heath Bar, and the portion size was noticeably smaller than usual. When we returned to have it corrected, our server, Naomi, became defensive and responded rudely. Instead of addressing the issue, she slammed the window shut in our faces and left us standing in the drive-thru—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We still asked her again at the main window if she can re do the order and she said No and gave us some extra heath bar. Very rude throughout.

I been coming to this Andy's for once a week for years now. It is my sweet treat cheat. The day crews during the week are the best. They are friendly and do a great job at making our concretes.

Most of us have custard, but theirs is top of the heat without a doubt I've tried so many others and been really disappointed, every time I go to Dallas I have to try Andy's, they are just next level.

My family comes to Andy's about once a month. We live closest to this location on north Tarrant but visit the Keller location and NRH more frequently. I always order the same thing, a Booty Daddy with extra Oreo. I'm convinced this location makes the employees pay for the toppings out of their paycheck. Despite charging me extra, there is never extra. I have been giving the benefit of the doubt but tonight I realize that this store is just cheap. Oreos are like $4 for a package of 36. Yes I looked that up just for this review. The "concrete" I got tonight had MAYBE two Oreos in it. It also only had a tiny bit of the other toppings and was the consistency of a melted milkshake. This will be my last time coming to this location. A once or twice occurrence I can understand, but this pattern has occurred repeatedly. We were the only customers there tonight so there's no excuse.

No where does it say they don’t accept large bills!! She gets an attitude about it if you don’t like your job QUIT I really dislike rude people especially if it’s for no reason
