A Fort Worth institution! The BBQ is good, but the ambience and decor is what really makes the experience!

BEST ribs ever and of course the brisket was perfect! I love the smoked Mac n cheese! I had to get peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert and walked out with a satisfied feeling. So worth the trip from Coppell

Old time BBQ spot with good sides and spicy sausage, brisket, turkey, and ham. Large space with 2 different lighted areas and lots of nicely mounted animals decorating the walls.

Even though I live in Michigan, I just watched Braun Strowman's food show about this place. Gotta give this place a 5 star review. Someday if I do travel to Texas, definitely giving this gem a try! 😃
Gathering place for 1973 Paschal High graduates.

Can’t say I enjoyed it. Sausage and brisket were extremely dry. Sausage borderline burned. Baked potato was mushy. Mac & cheese, dry with no flavor. Maybe a bad day?

This place came highly recommended as some of the best, or next to best bbq in Texas. As a pitmaster my self, I expected something to wow me. Nothing was a wow factor for me. except that they charge money for this and call it bbq. Brisket was dry, not a lot of flavor. Ribs just tasted like charcoal. Needed sauce for every bite, and the sauce tasted like franks red hot, a1, and kc masterpiece mixed. Sides were not good. All in all a massive disappointment. Ft worth. I’m praying a real pit master comes that way and fixes the situation down there!
Other places are better. But not great. Instead go to a torchys taco! Different, but at least the food is outstanding!
