We have just recently moved into the area and are looking for a donut shop. So today was the day to try Ann's. The shop itself is not highly decorated or visually appealing if that's something you're looking for as far as atmosphere. The staff seem very friendly and eager to be helpful. The donuts himself were not overwhelming and very bland and appearance and taste. We got two glazed, two glazed chocolate, a plain cake and a plain cake chocolate. I also got an apple fritter and an old-fashioned butter buttermilk And a jumbo jalapeño sausage roll. The six donuts we got were as I said average at best. I was a little disappointed in both the buttermilk Donuts and the apple fritter's Texture as they were not crisp at all. I prefer to have both of those to have a little crunch to them which is why I prefer those Style donuts. I will say that the jumbo jalapeño roll was good, but overall was not impressed with my experience. Again not bad just average.

One of my least favorite donut places I've ever tasted. It's nothing like what you would normally expect. The chocolate has a chemical taste. I went at 8 am to grab donuts and it looked and tasted like it was a day old. The prices are a little on the high side as well especially for the kolaches.

Donuts and kolaches were good, but very expensive. 12 donuts and 8 kolaches were $55.00, I was shocked, but there was a line behind me or I would have canceled my order.

I come here every Saturday to get pigs in blankets for my daughter. The owner is so nice and even remembers my order. Saturdays are the highlight of my daughters week and it's all thanks to Ann's

It's really disappointing that people want to provide a service but can't speak the American language especially when you have been getting a bearclaw for 15 plus years from this place to find out that they want to say a bearclaw is the same as an Apple Fritter and argue with you!!! They are NOT THE SAME THING!!!! And to top it off you ask for sausage and cheese kolache and get NO CHEESE!!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK
