I ordered lunch delivered from this location. I used to love Arby’s, but not anymore. I was missing one of three drinks ordered. All three fries were half full. All three sandwiches were wrapped as if they were the double beef and cheddars I ordered, but were not. In fact all three sandwiches had very little roast beef or cheese and the buns were hard.

I am positing this so as to warn others to stay away. And looking at the reviews of this location, this is a constant issue of underserved, overcooked, crappy food and service coming from this location. I’m also posting so people realize that Arby’s clearly doesn’t care. While they may be “replying” to bad reviews being posted, it is very clearly a canned statement asking people to give more information that will filter into a corporate black hole. Clearly Arby’s does NOT care about their service, their food or their customers. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely terrible service, we were rushed by the drive through cashier working 11/14/2024 at 6:00pm he was rude, and kept cutting us off while trying to order, the establishment is beyond slow. We had to pull into the chicken express parking lot and wait 20 minutes for two plain roast beef sandwiches while other cars came and went. I finally went to into the restaurant myself and had to go get my food, they had completely forgotten the $18 worth of food I just ordered. Worst Arby’s location by far.

This was my 2nd time here in a month. Last month i dined in and my experience was actually pretty good, maybe 4 stars but driving thru today is totally different. 1st of all, no cars in the parking lot or drive thru but when i drive up to place my order im asked to hold on for a second.....why? A minute or two later, i place my order. I drive up to the window and she asks what kind of fries i wanted again? Arent they on the order receipt? I pay, i leave , get home 4 minutes away and my sandwich hardly has any meat in it, the sauce is all over the wrapper, my fries are cold and rubbery or hard to chew. No napkins. Why do we have to ask for napkins nowadays? I got more packs of ketchup and arby sauce than i did french fries. The only thing acceptable was the drink. I would have given 1 star but i gave them credit for making my last dine in a good experience.

Been to this arby's twice in̈ the last couple of months, both times the worst service.I think I've ever received anywhere in my life.The rudeness of these women . You can hear her on speaker laughing telling us to wait then telling sm guy to shut up. Then I get our shake. I thought it was Ice coffee, it was so watery.It wasn't definitely a shake and tasted.Horrible they didn't even care they handed me two dollars and A lemonade And told me to take it. After I paid 5 sm thing to up size a dr. Pepper to a shake. The I was bothering.I'm just making an order 24 minutes to get my food.By the time I got the lemonade.My food was probably cold.It definitely was when we got home.
I will never return to this art music again in my life.I've been to some that the people are so great.These women should not even be working there. SHAME ON YOU FOR ACTING LIKE Interrupted something that you didn't want to be interrupted on. I I hope arby's finds better help.We won't be back until they do.

Surprised the health dept hasn't closed it down. Parking lot had trash all over. Only two cars in the lot and both in spaces closest to the door, but there were no customers inside. Waited at the counter for several minutes, but employees were too engaged in their own conversation to realize we were even standing there. Floor was dirty, soda machine looked unclean, most tables looked dirty and we were there at 1100am! We just left and went elsewhere.
