Arbys is our favorite little treat when we decide to eat out. Close to the house, food is good, customer service thru the drive thru is TERRIBLE! One time a mishap, two times a bad day maybe, but EVERYTIME we go thru the drive thru. They are so rude!!!! I have names if requested.

I've never been a Arby's fan, however the spicy Italian is a huge hit....however, my overall experience was shot down due to staff causing like sailors behind the counter....I would not recommend bringing the little one to this Arby's and what made it worse...manager was on site....training in staff is a MUST NEED!!!

i had the Arby's double the roast beef and chaddar is cut to thick it should be shaved....do a better job of how you cut the roast beef

There was NO ONE in line behind me at the drive thru, but they had me pull forward to wait. There were still no cars behind me when they brought my food out. Would have been quicker to me wait and just pass the food to me out the drive thru window. Took too long to prepare & bring out.

I don't think that there has ever been a time that my orders been correct. I don't know if it's the drive-thru speaker system or what but not one time. Order chicken and you get roast beef. Order a large and you get a small. Mildly frustrating.
I don't recommend you place multiple orders at a time because you will be missing either sandwiches or fries. Don't do the drive-thru

Normal Arby’s. The location wasn’t busy at all. Not one customer here or in the drive thru when we got here but the fries were cold when we got our food. Normally would have been upset about it but I have my grandson with me so it was actually a good thing so he could enjoy the fries. The cheese sticks we got, tasted like the cheese was about to go bad. But the sandwiches taste like good old Arby’s always does. We spent 26 dollars on 4 sandwiches, 2 medium fries, an order of cheese sticks, 2 drinks an apple juice and 2 turnovers. We also had a coupon they happily accepted. Service wasn’t awful everyone was pleasant. The woman working in the drive thru screamed The F bomb about two minutes into our meal which was not cool in front of my 1.5 yr old grandson who repeats literally EVERYTHING we say! Overall like an old security blanket this was an Arby’s comfort meal. Nothing amazing, nothing awful. Enough to remind you of eating here with your grandparents! And we continue the tradition hopefully next time with no cuss words!

Placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. Drink was wrong. They had to give us a new one. They gave curly fries when the order asked for crinkle cut. I ordered the new fish sandwich with no tartar or letuce. Came drenched in the stuff as if they literally put more on it to spite the order. There's so much tartar sauce on this thing that said NO tartar sauce that you can't even recognize it's a fish filet. VERY disappointing that so much was wrong with this order.

The young men working tonight, 1 has long hair. Should have been contained. Working with food. The other, pants down his bum. Should dress much more appropriate. Spray bottles of chemicals in the drive thru window. Food tasted very odd. I'm wondering...... AND not at tasty as expected.......very odd, on my pallet.....
