Had a late drive thru dinner the other night. The sandwich was exactly as I remember; great taste, hot, fresh, and juicy. The curly fries were not great, tasted like the fryer oil needed to be changed out, but still edible. The employee at the window was very friendly and courteous. Had a little chat before I left. What was lacking in food quality was more than made up by the level of customer service.
I had ordered two honey mustard chicken wraps. I had very few issues with this location so far but I have no clue who was in the kitchen that day. Half way through driving home I saw I was given two ranch wraps. Normally I'm not picky with orders, I understand if things get messed up. Only if they hadn't put two honey mustard packets in the bag. Like, at that point just make the honey mustard chicken wraps. I do not understand the thought process behind that. I still have the receipt and it does say honey mustard chicken wraps.

I can't remember the ladies name but she was so nice to me and my girls they loved her and also the guy who took our order was good spirited as well thank y'all oh and the food was good everyone ate all their food

Once again i think the prices of their menu is a wee bit TOO Much, i bought their Greek gyro combo and it cost TOO Much for such a TINY sized pita bread! 😡 Still, their food is ok and the staff was nice to me when i went there a few weeks ago. I'm NOT a big fan of their 🍔 hamburgers Nor of their regular 🍟 fries, But their curly fries are Super YUMMY 😋 and i love their 🍨 shakes (especially the chocolate mint shake, omg, YUMMY!). 😋 LOL. My man loves their roast beef sandwich/burger combo and the unlimited times that we can refill our cups with 🥤 soda, but that's Only IF you're dining in (this Arby's was real nice and clean on the inside, plus NO annoying loiterers were seen by us).
Service could be faster. Everything else was good.

How do you forget the cheddar in BEEF N CHEDDAR? Also had a chicken sandwich with the Swiss subbed for cheddar and no tomatoes and they still put Swiss cheese and tomatoes. I usually never have problems here either.

Eric Bradley has truly turned this Arby’s around. Fresh food , great customer service, and clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only Arby’s I eat at. He needs to be the GM OVER all locations!!!! He knows how to set the expectations!

Where do I begin.. I was the only one in the drive thru, so I don't know why the wait was so long, until i saw one of the workers running across the parking lot not at the drive thru window. Not Only did I have to wait about 15 minutes for my food, but the quality was bad and they got my order wrong. Worst Arby's I been too, will not go back.
