We ordered online for 2. Said our food would be ready in 5 min. Charged to our card. When we got there, they said they don’t make what we ordered anymore!!! Waiting for refund!! Had to go somewhere else for food. Why have online menu if they don’t have the food on the menu!!

1O stars all the way excellent food and better customer service . Delicious and food was fresh . Thank you Arby’s for doing what most places can’t do and provide fresh food with great attention to customer service. Came in at 9:10 m on 1-15-24 and received excellent service.

I didn't like that women's attitude at the cashier widow today like she had to yell so loud about the powerade drink twice when I heard her the first time,that women needs fix her attitude,we were being nice and respectful,we didn't do anything wrong for her to give us a bad attitude!

Ordered arbys through uber eats at this location. Uber eats orders are specific because you have to check the boxes for everything in the order. I ordered a combo meal and it was missing the fries. The safety seal on the bag was broken and there was no receipt. A broken seal and missing items makes the remaining portion of the order unsafe, can't be trusted and I simply had to throw it out. The only requested sauce was arbys sauce, instead I received Horsy sauce and ketchup. No straw or napkins. I paid $20+ for a single meal not including the 25% prepaid tip for the Uber driver. Did the Uber driver pick up and deliver a botched order or did the Uber driver compromise the order? I have to idea. I reached out through the Uber eats order to address this issue and received a refund for $6. Im still out $14 plus the 25% tip I prepaid for the driver (I wouldn't expect a refund on the tip) but between Uber etas, arbys and the delivery person the ball was dropped and I was stolen from. Anytime I have gone through the drive through and ordered here at this eastchase location the people working here are nice enough. I understand this location has been the target of vandalism and theft in the past and I want to support and patronize my local businesses including this arbys, but this experience has not been conducive of that. I've ordered with Uber eats in the past and have only had one issue and it was resolved satisfactorily. But this experience again super disappointing. I'm willing to pay for the product and service but in this case I did not receive what I paid for.

For the 2nd time, I've not gotten what I ordered & while I should check before leaving ( not a problem anymore, I will NOT return to this ARbys...) I shouldn't have to, ..None the less I don't live close to this one so going back, I didn't bother this last time. I just went without and fed the rest of the family ...the drive thru was unbelievable, hand you the bag amd shut the window no thank you come back , kiss my butt NOTHING.....beyond rude..The 1st time they forgot my cheese on the side, handed the bag after waiting for more than 10 Mins in line, then continued to WAIT another 6 mins for her to open the window back up to see wjat was wrong knowing the entire time I had not driven off...so obviously a problem.....then WITH Attitude given the cheese no nothing and slammed the window......ii don't appreciate that in anyway shape or form...do your job or get a different one u don't have to deal with people!!!!

Whoever the woman was working today between 12:30 and 1 is rude and ignorant. From the moment I said I had a mobile order at the speakers she had an attitude. Everyone has a bad day but when you work in a customer service environment you can’t take your life issues out on others. When I got to the window she tried to tell me there was no drink on my order and continued with the same nasty attitude. When I told her I could show her my receipt online she insisted there was no drink on my order but that she would give me one anyways refusing to even look at the receipt, as if I did something wrong or was trying to get something for free. This location already always serves cold food but add the nasty attitude to it and having to put your own food in the oven to warm it isn’t worth it anymore by far. Won’t be back
