the chicken robe and were not hot , and the employees you could tell just didn't want to be there and were irritated just dealing with us. Felt like they just microwaved the Buffalo slider because we'll the bread itself was soggy and insanely hot . Used to like going here but something happened and just all in all a terrible experiance. It's amazing the same thing happened when I review on the comment section

Ordered 3 ajues and all had practically nothing in them, saw fries sitting on the counter ( I used to work in fast food I know how this works ) so I asked for fresh ones to be dropped , received room temp fries even the cheese sticks were not hot , and the employees you could tell just didn't want to be there and were irritated just dealing with us. I ordered a combo value meal through Door Dash and didn't get my fries or drink. Paid $15 all together for one hamburger. People need to pay attention when preparing orders. I'm not getting food delivered again. I'll go inside!

Why dont you try and hire people that actually care about their jobs. Hearing them laugh out loud and yelling obscenities back and forth to each other where guests can hear…..not a good look. I understand having fun at work, but having to hear the “F” word and “F you “over and over again. I’m never coming back to this location. Beach street and 820 location in Fort Worth.
I came to this location because it's close to my job, and I only had 45 minutes left for lunch. I placed my order at the drive-thru window and got back to work, and that's when I noticed I had a problem with my order. Not aware that my sandwich came with tomatoes, and with me being allergic to them, I took my order back to the restaurant and explained the situation to the young lady. She proceeds to have my order remade for me without the tomatoes. Both ladies were so polite and helpful to my need. Not very often will this happen, but I really appreciate it when people go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. If the manager at this location is reading this, check your schedule for the young ladies who worked this day and let them know that I'm the lady who had the coupon for the chicken sandwich.
