Took 10 minutes to take my order. Several workers looked at me, not one said a word. Food took 10 minutes to come out. I grab bag and leave to realize on my way home there are no fries. I had 3 items, how hard is this???

I typically do not write reviews but management should know that the employee working the drive through is highly disrespectful and has ZERO customer service skills to the point that I will never come back to this location. Whoever the employee is you have working on 10/16 around 12pm does not represent your establishment well at all.

Really hope it’s worth losing a customer over not wanting to toss some chicken in buffalo sauce especially when there is no one else in the drive thru line or in the store. Even told them I was going elsewhere and they didn’t try to fix it. Arby’s and hello Wendy’s!Update: The link Arby’s provided does not work.

Maybe we should NOT be laying on one of the benches at minimum once a customer walks in while watching videos on our phone? Especially shouldn't for a good minute or two after the customer walks in before you get up to LOG INTO THE SCREEN AND TAKE AN ORDER!! Just my opinion though. What happened to customer service?!?!
