Auntie Anne's

The gentleman working on Dec17th at approximately 4 pm deserves a raise. He was by himself..taking orders, making items & did it without getting frustrated. If he was out of something he offered to make it fresh even though the line was growing. He had work ethic you don’t see often.
A big THANK YOU to him ! Our wait for one plain pretzel & one with salt was worth it! We will be back & hope to see him again!

Should have glanced at the reviews before going. Employees mocked me for being willing to wait on a plain pretzel, and when I finally got it, it was the saddest scrawniest pretzel I've ever had. The funny thing is I work in this mall and at my last job I ate pretzels everyday, so I was prepared to come here all the time. I guess I need a new addiction, luckily the people upstairs in the food court have been much nicer.

This place is terrible!!! I usually love aunties annes but what this one is doing is criminal!!! After waiting for 25 min for 6 pretzels the jalapeno ones were under cooked and doughy… the original ones were burned… and a cup of those weiner things… all for a whopping price of 60 dollars… when i got home and opened them up… not one was edible!!! I watched as they went from being able to take cards….. then started telling people it was cash only!!! Then back to cards… the customer service is terrible!!! They should be shut down!!!!

I had to wait 30+ min. Some mini pretzel dogs for my toddler. After receiving my order it was obvious that they were burnt so I asked for the pizza mini pretzels instead. She then offered another cup of the same batch that appeared not burnt from top but was extra crispy. To my luck I found burnt ones towards the bottom of cup as if they were trying to hide them. This establishment needs a thorough review of their preparation and service process.

This place is horrible not to mention the workers! They are rude and do not want to work. We wanted some pretzels they didn’t have any ready under the heat lamp so we asked the black guy with beard that looked like he drew it on with a sharpie what we wanted and the told us I’d be ready in 7 min. Then he got upset because we actually wanted to wait for the food and said never mind it’ll be 20-30 min. The whole time he had an attitude and was going back and fourth with a customer not professional at all. Auntie Anne’s we love your product but please do better on personnel. Would rate this a zero if it’d let me.

Staff are usually uninterested and rude. Pretzels are often lukewarm at best, and never fresh. My final straw was five minutes ago when I asked about the quality of a batch that had been sitting there a while, and the older black woman with short hair said, “Go away it’ll be 20 more minutes since you don’t want the ones that we JUST made.” Will NOT be spending another dime at this location.

We love auntie Anne's, but this is the worst shop ever. Customer service is the worst, they won't give you time on the next batch. They just prefer not to sell. And the product is the worst. It's closer to half of a normal portion, empty cups. Everything doubled the salt, and burned. I give a place 2 opportunity before a bad comment, but not coming back to this one.

Very rude. Cash register was broken and only excepted cash, so I brought cash and they still rude. Manager and lady with the lashes in the front with mediocre food

Burnt pretzels, rude service, and the man working the cash register charged me for a medium pretzel bite and 2 medium drinks, when I asked for small, and he still gave me small drinks and small pretzels. literally stealing money from customers. I would have said something but the line was long and I was starving. They suck

Came here (Hulen Mall location) I saw 3 people working here and they all looked miserable. They didn’t have change for a $20 my total was $10 then I got mini pretzels instead of mini pretzel dogs that I ordered. The mini pretzels were burnt! Get new employees that enjoy their jobs please do better!
