I love to stop by and grab a quick snack at auntie Anne’s! They have amazing customer service and employees are trained to perfection. This place has made a drastic improvement since I last visited. Very pleased and will be returning. Shoutout to Claudia and Jenna for running that place up to par!

I wouldn't even give one star to this place but you have to to leave a review worst place ever it was so hard I could not even chew it went back in to get another one and they gave me just one out of the warmers same thing threw it in the trash won't ever go back

The floor is dirty and the staff are not bothered. Music was a bit too loud making it a bit difficult for staff to listen and place our order. Blue raspberry lemonade was good, not too sweet.

Went in today and there was three employees that did not have hairnets on one women and 2 males. Both guys have pretty long hair and the lady had very long hair.

I was served by a very reluctant woman who was only talking to the other employee who didn't even pay attention to me and she gave me very hard pretzels and she is charging me for the glass pretzels which are more expensive $5.49 and I didn't lose of glass I exchanged them very reluctantly and it bothered him that I told him to charge me fairly I wish they could hire better regular employees ?$3.99
Today was 111 degrees. I asked the girl at the store for a cup of water. She said that she’s not allowed to give out water. It’s only available by the bottle. I said it was for my dog and then it was ok. What is this world coming to when it’s ok to give out water for a dog but not a person?? I was very grateful for her to do this for my dog, but really?
