I love to stop by and grab a quick snack at auntie Anne’s! They have amazing customer service and employees are trained to perfection. This place has made a drastic improvement since I last visited. Very pleased and will be returning. Shoutout to Claudia and Jenna for running that place up to par!
Today was 111 degrees. I asked the girl at the store for a cup of water. She said that she’s not allowed to give out water. It’s only available by the bottle. I said it was for my dog and then it was ok. What is this world coming to when it’s ok to give out water for a dog but not a person?? I was very grateful for her to do this for my dog, but really?
Alexis was shorthanded on the day I visited... but she was professional, caring and extremely patient and calm. There were short lines but the customers all came in wanting a brief service to get on with their day. She satisfied everyone's needs to the best of her ability and I watched her patiently as she had back orders she was still trying to put in to take care of guests that were waiting.
